Back to school :)

Glad I had the opportunity to meet a mentor from NTU ventures, who invited me to this 3 day course. :)

The feeling of coming back to uni, walking up those familiar stairs, sitting on new tables and chairs and actually having lecture notes overwhelmed me with a sense of longing to turn back time. To go back to the time whereby projects and modules rule my world, friends and coursemates tide each other through tutorials and exams.

I really miss those days.

First work trip

I can't think of a more creative header of my first work trip than simply this. In more ways than one, it kinda felt that way. Just simple straight forward there-you-have-it kind of experience. Guess it's more comfortable than my solo trip to Poland which really scared the hell outta me hahaha. I'll never forget my Munich overnight stay which i almost missed my flight the next day.

Stayed at crown regency serviced apartment in central KL, ate yummy nasi lemak at madam kwan (very similar to grandma's in Singapore) and had a really full dinner at oversea restaurant in Chinatown with the best char siew and shuo bak (as claimed by my boss) haha.

Happy quarter of a century my Bwear!

Chinese restaurant buffet is the most amazing thing ever. You get unlimite servings of cereal prawns, fried fish, sliced beef, Hor fun, sambal kangkong, spicy n sour soup, braised tofus and almond longan dessert!! Woohoo~ all at $21.80 per pax. Oh we paid $23.80++ to have chilli crabs but it's not fantastic really.

FB wish came true

Two days ago, I posted on my FB wall stating:

"Jing Jing Koh is yearning to go on a trip!"

And true enough today my boss booked a work trip to KL for us next week for two days. Wow. I wonder what will happen if I asked for a million bucks on FB (which I tried). Hehehe
