Goodbye

It's sad to leave a company that I really love after nearly a year. Thinking about the time when I received the call to offer me the position, I was super happy and really couldn't believe my ears that my dream came true. 10 months later and many lessons learnt, I did not regret ever being in such a wonderful company and am very thankful for all the knowledge I've gained and friendships forged. :)

Here's to the closing of one chapter and start of another! :)

The little constant memories

There are moments in life that delight you constantly, always the same settings and the same people, just at different times.

I just experienced one of these times, sitting in siew's dad's car. Since jc days when we head out for dinner and shopping, he will always pick us up wherever we are and send us home.

In the car, the cat and I will chat about things in general, hum to the familiar 933 songs and try to guess the titles, talk about guys (mostly), drink bubble tea / munch on food we dabao-ed along the way.

These are little pleasures that we often experience and very self-healing too in it's own ways. Of course the scenario changes all the time, from being in the same school to different universities to different jobs etc. It's good to know that some things don't change and I never will want them to :)
