Poland, Lodz, here I come!!!

Beautiful city eh?

I'm going to Lodz, Poland for a summer programme as a representative of singapore, almost fully sponsored! I have to pay for my additional days spent exploring warsaw and munich though. =P It's gonna be a solo trip this time round, and I'm damn scared, to be honest. I don't know the language, have dozens of flight and land transfers, and carrying my super heavy luggage filled with formal wear by myself. but I do have my guts with me! heh. do check out my fb profile for updates, i'll upload pics or write comments whenever possible! :) do e-mail/fb me cos I'll be so lonely over there! :P

Sorry I haven't been updating this for ages, been settling my travel stuff, doing research for my prof, watching dvd after dvd, meeting people etc.

Speaking of which, I just watched totoro! it's hilarious! hahaha and rather silly too, but it's a kids anime so I understand. heh. I love the medium and little totoros!

I'll try to update more before I leave on the 24 June yeah. will be back on the 14 july!

the day my bestie teared

when bestie looked at the gift I bought for her from Vatican City, she teared and said she had been secretly wishing someone would give her that particular gift, and here it is, her own bestie answering her silent prayers. :) that's when I felt that everything is so worth it, and that's really what gifts are about. I brightened someone's life today! :)
