i tried my hand at baking (actually no oven was involved) a green tea cheesecake for three birthdays! it turned out really creamy and yummy, but sadly, it became sth else later on. looks rather big eh. my family ate some, gave my neighbours some, i saved some and it was gone within a day. heh

happy birthdays! did you see the green water beside the cake? It's because i poured green tea powder on it before i left the house, and it melted and thus the result i got? spoiled cake =(nevertheless, everyone ate a huge chunck of it though, and the comments were really heartwarming. =D =D thank you!!
