daddy gave me a 3-hour talk today as a 21st birthday present for me. haha! how often do u get a dad who is as unconventional as mine? =D but i like! hahaha. though what he said is quite hard to swallow all at one go, but it shaped my thinking about life, about the future, about basically everything.
a lot of things were mentioned, family history, regrets, anecdotes, life, death, relationships, goals, mistakes he made in his life, and the funniest analogy of all - about the plant, water, sunlight and space. more about that next time when i feel like saying. haha
but yeah, what a wonderful, humane dad i have. and i'm very very grateful to have him =) and this will be the most lasting 21st present i'll ever have, because it's all commited to memory and will be applied to in life! =D
i think he really should go and be a lecturer or something. he loves to talk. wahaha
