what happened was wanwei and i met early at noon to study before going for the exam, so i was at the 199 bus stop outside NTU waiting for her when suddenly this taxi came and i spotted a self-made sign on the windscreen of the taxi and it says, "Free ride to Canteen A". the taxi slowed down infront of me and a cheery uncle called out, "girl! you want a free ride to canteen A? i do this everyday!" whoa! i was pleasantly surprised but i told him i was waiting for a friend and thanked him anyway. haha =)
that aside, our exam was supposed to start at 5pm and being the blur sotongs we are, both of us thought the exam was gonna be held at nanyang audi. which is totally wrong and the actual venue was like three bus stops away. =x and guess what? we realised our mistake at exactly 4.45pm! =P silly us right? can't believe we both actually just assumed that nanyang audi was the venue =x yeah, so we panicked and ran and ran along the road, all the while trying to get a cab or hitch a free ride. hahaa it was really a helluva of an experience! thank goodness a cab came and we quickly hopped on and still managed to reach just in time! haha =D we were so lucky to be sitted next to each other too! lol. i guess the adrenaline rush helped cos i was quite tired at first and it totally woke me up in time for the paper haha!

we went to watch stardust!! two words: absolutely captivating. =D it's exactly an example of what adult-themed fairytale should be like =) it's not cheesy, yet there's enough hints of childish-ness to bring out the deep desires and pleasures of childhood in you =) it really made me wonder and yearn to step into their magical world. 5 thumbs up! neil gaiman is one unique author - i love!

HAHAHA sms-ed him to ask when he's free to have dinner with reg and i cos we three made a bet sometime ago about his results (long story haha) and that's the answer he gave me! so amusing hahaa. he's officially the oyster guy now!
