3 Aug - what a loooong day

"last day" of full-time work.

Being a temp receptionist was fun but extremely tiring. =x i was on my toes the whole time trying to multi-task perfectly (ie opening doors, answering phone calls, sending couriers, entertaining guests, msn-ing, sorting mail all at the same time) but it was a good experience! heh. i think i learnt some PR skills, like how to make small talk with visitors but i was totally embarrassed when this lady from focusmedia came in (i actually met her before and exchanged namecards - very rare sight) and i found her so familiar but i couldn't remember where she's from until she told me =x man, i need to polish my memory skills sigh.

amore fitness.

met wanwei at jp to sign up for amore fitness and we were quite excited hee hee. yay! jazz, hip hop, yoga, pilates, latino jam - here we come! =)

thereafter, i rushed down to orchard for Sonia's birthday celebration!

Mezes bar @ meritius mandarin. siew, bing, sonia (and a supposedly david but he didn't turn up ha!) live band (well, two guitarists haha). song dedications. freezing washrooms. fantastic ambience but pricey drinks. =D well, at least their drinks come in super sizes =x my strawberry daiquiri was quite good! i love bars the best heh

went over to zouk after some chilling out and sonia went to open a bottle of vodka! aye aye

Drank 4 shots of vodka, a few vodka sprite, a few vodka orange all because of the number guessing game that we played with sonia's friends. =x adding on one whisky shot and the strawberry daiquiri earlier on, i'm so glad i didn't get drunk and totally no hangover today! yippeee =D that's a plus for low blood pressure people like me haha. no more crazy alcohol-drinking for me for a long long time to come though lol! can't believe we actually finished the whole bottle in one night. luckily smoking's banned already so the place smells quite nice actually. haha!
