you know, there's this trend about my postings. haha! whenever i'm swamped with work, work and more work, you see the number of my posts increase accordingly. which is bad because i'm supposed to be doing work! =x hahaha!
anyways, i feel quite accomplished today! had my usual lessons and 103 tutorial was damn FUN! hahaha our 20 seconds radio broadcast thingy about gummybears in gummyland cracks everyone up! =D the rest of the groups in the class did really interesting broadcasts too! i love the muah chee joke esp. hahaha
had lunch with ru yan and wai san today before doing our 816 project. =) we were taking turns to store each other's photos in our phones so that whenever anyone of us calls, our picture will appear at the front screen! yay~ soon after, me and waisan went to NIE lib and dragged 8 books about our research topic, sports psychology, back to NTU's lib. man, i think i worked my arms muscles a lot today haha! carrying laptop and books!
met up with wanwei, my new friend (i still dunno her name!), hui min, valerie (i think) for this focus group seminar for impresario canvassing! gah, was extremely tired by then and promptly fell asleep in the LT =P sorry to the speakers! well, after attending speech and presentation module, i sorta took notice of how the speakers present themselves and stuff, and realised what verena tay said are all very true! hahaa
had a very late macdonalds dinner with wanwei after that seminar and we talked and talked and talked! =D i love catching up with her!! we were being sooo lame and we kept talking about nonsense stuff like how we miss home-cooked food and why we love cabbages with dried prawns so much that we can devour a whole plate of it. hee hee... gonna meet her for karang guni canvassing on sunday! then we can finally satisfy our curiousity about chomp chomp food centre cos we are going there to eat sting ray! (hopefully) hahaha!
speaking of lame-ness, i had my second speech presentation on tuesday!! it was less scary than the first time and i'm surprised that i have the courage to not take my cue cards up to the front and just speak from memory! =D yay good job jing! haha okay i need to practice with regards to my fillers (er, eh, oh, okay, ah) and my next speech will be right after chinese new year! =x ohh i was being very lame in my speech cos i asked the class to guess my fave food by drawing a teacup with steam and a boat floating on water (answer: steamboat) HAHAHA feeling tickled? =D waisan's one's even lamer! "made in singapore, just like me!"
back to my heading for this entry! jumbo seafood! just had a family gathering with my relatives on tuesday night cos my cousins from holland (netherlands) came for a holiday =) one cuzzie only actually. she just got married not long ago and she's soooo cute!!! =D i love her! she came to my house in the afternoon and spotted the huge cristiano ronaldo poster on my bedroom door and asked me whether i watch soccer. i said yes and i support man utd and ronaldo and she was so excited cos she support man utd too! hahaha and she bought me clothes from tommy hilfiger cos its cheap in europe! =D nice nice! three cheers to her!! hahaa
ops i digress! more about jumbo seafood! we ate so much till i almost burst but its all absolutely delicious! prawn salad, shark's fin, cheese lobster, chilli crabs, black pepper crabs, scallops with yam, steamed fish and many more! =) =) what a nice treat! heh
glad that i went to eat though i was very tired after a whole day of school. i was catching up with all my cuzzies and i found out that everyone's so old now! it seems like it was not long ago when we were all 14, 15 and being so playful =P hahaa! even my sec 3 cuzzie is taller than me now! goshhh. looking forward to see them again during chinese new year! =)
speaking of CNY, i'm going chinatown with daddy tomorrow evening to shop for new year stuff! =D
okays, i think i've procrastinated enough. hahaha! time for bed and my beauty sleep! i love wednesdays cos it means that weekend's coming soon and my thursdays and fridays are rather slack! =)
