little occasions

hmm.. woke up rather early this morning by my noisy family and relatives trooping into my house. lol. we went to pray for my grandfather at the temple. =) its nice to see everyone gathering together though most of the kids were not there because of school and stuff. as usual we brought along packet food, fruits, cakes and paper things that we want to burn. we did the usual routine and i couldn't help but notice there's just this politeness among everyone. like there were times when i'm super duper bored but i dare not talk to my elder cousin cos it seems like ages ago since we last talked cos he went to army... i still remember the times when we were young and used to play together on the playground with a few more cousins. we were so carefree and unrestrictive then.

sigh. i guess when people grow up they just don't do certain stuff anymore. i do miss the times when everyone's close to one another. oh well. the adults seemed to have fun though. they were so excited when talking about buying 4D and to-to. -___-"' hahaa. as usual~

but thinking back maybe its really the chinese custom that prevents people from being who they want to be and doing things that they feel like doing. like when i'm at siew's house, her relatives from the states can know me for less than two hours but when the little girls say bye to me, they came for a hug and a goodbye kiss. =) erm i do admit its a bit gross cos they just ate sweets and their mouths were sticky but i got the love and warmth from them. =)

maybe i should give out hugs and goodbye kisses too wahaha but i guess i'm too old for them. =P okay! hugs will do! =D

oh yah i finally watched pirates. at home! hahaha. and i watched the disney cartoon, cars, too. =) i like jack sparrow but i love will turner! hahaha jack sparrow can amuse people but will turner romances girls. XD see the difference?? and i still can't forget the pirates song that we all played in band last time. =) nice memories! da da da dum da da da da dum
