wheeee~
just came back home not long ago and its erm, 2am now. hahaha. went to work this morning at ten till ten at night, then a few colleagues and I went to Oriental Hotel with our jap boss for a pubbing session!!! heeheehee
we went into this posh place called the axis and the view from there is super duper nice!!! i can see maybank building, raffles building etc. cool! =) there's many sofa seats around and you can just hang in little groups and relax over the smoothing scent of lavender and stare at the burning candle on your table while the lights are dimmed. perfect! =)
my jap boss's leaving singapore tomorrow night and coming back only in mid june so he said he's gonna treat us drinks tonight! had a fun time just chatting aimlessly away and cracking funny jokes while ordering tons of weird alcohol. lol let me try to summarize what we had ordered just now. hmm
1 vertical (some passionfruit thingy which i don't really like)
5 vodka bitter lemon (gonna thank siew for introducing me that. yummy!)
1 lychee martini (mann the special martini mixture they have makes the drink really delicious!)
1 tatoo (yuck)
3 jack daniels (really strong, around 47.8% of alcohol according to my boss but i think it's too bitter. blehhhh in the end my boss finished it all hahaha)
2 heienken (i'm lazy to check for the correct spelling so make do with it okay. =) anyway i don't like beer too. too much gas. argh)
2 virgin bikini (absolutely gonna be on my fave list! heehee)
1 virgin green cooler (another fantastic drink too! good for a night with slow music and no worries XD)
1 virgin P.O.P (pineapple! i LOVE the blended ice that tastes so soft!)
1 bailey's on the rocks (too little. i wish they gave me more though lol)
1 mojito!!! (wahhahaha as expected, the drink took damn long to come cos i know they have to do the brown sugar thingy. =P LOL it tastes good but i don't like the strong impact of the peppermint leaves they place inside.. makes the drink too 'minty')
1 caiparihna (okay wrong spelling again but whatever. hahaha. oh this is nice! esp when they gave me a stick with brown sugar coated like a honey cave. =) heavenly!)
1 ocean whatever martini. (not much impression of it except its blue. lol. doesn't taste really nice though)
we also had two plates of deep fried fish sticks, one plate of VERY SPICY chicken wings and one plate of nachos chips with fab dips and also wasabi potato chips and peanuts with raisins!!!! *drool*
whoa. after listing everything i realised that we actually drank alot. whoops. i think i ordered more than half of the drinks listed above. =x thank goodness i'm not drunk because i have low blood pressure. hahaha. i wonder if its a good or bad thing -_- lol
ops. i went to sleep after that last paragraph so i'm continuing this the next morning, which is now! heh.
let's see... oh yah, our jap boss is increasing our salary again!!! seems like they really are concerned about the welfare of the workers because we are already paid sufficiently but they think its not enough. oh well, good news for us though! hahaha. think i'm gonna earn at least 2.5k this month with all my overtime. XD yipppeeee
then after june when i switch part time, i'll be paid like 7.5 or 8 bucks per hour on weekdays and sat and 8.5 or 9 bucks per hour on sundays!!!! goshhhh i'm a happy happy girl! =D at least all my hard work does reap some rewards. hee hee hee
plus today is my off day and i'm gonna go mobile-phone-hunting with daddy!!! wheeee gosh i'm gonna explode from happiness. wahahaha
