in short this is what happened today:
- TONS of people (i almost thought whole of singapore is hanging around city hall)
- good business
- VERY busy
- lots of wrong orders
- one really messed-up table with 13 people sitting in it. (thats why i say never to go eat in groups of 13)
- demand compensation (what the hell)
- lots of shouting and waving of arms like a gorilla
- ice cream machine in kitchen broke down
- unable to serve 80% of the desserts in our menu
- really pissed people off cos they have been queuing for an hour
- the end? shop closes at 9pm, rather than 11pm like our usual business hour
- the only happy thing? we all get to knock off early!!!! woottt~
