extremely ridiculous!!!!

now i know why chrystal's co-workers do stuff to the food they serve people.. because sometimes you are really pissed off by everything! =/

okay, i definitely won't go to that extreme but then... GRrrrr

just this afternoon while i was working, this pack of family (i will not state the race in case singapore government flame me for being racist. -.- DUH) came and one of the daughters shot me a sentence, "one pack prawns! lots and lots and lots of mayo!" fine. that is still managable. then their mother decided to intervene and pointed very furiously at the fish flakes box and proclaimed to the whole world that she wants more fish flakes. fine! i gave her that and prepared to close the box but she stopped me and say, "NOT ENOUGH! i want more!"

AND on top of that, she told me to coat another layer of mayo! wow, i wonder her family eats the balls or the mayo. -.-" maybe they are just trying to get their money worth. still!!!!! i mean, whats the use of getting so much ingredients when you know that after you finish the food you'll still throw them away??? if you are not prepared to pay that amount of money for that quantity of food, please head over to the old chang kee stall in front of taka and you can just buy big and yummy curry puffs for just one buck. which is really delicious and value-for-money.

the worst thing is, after giving them the packet with a slightly strained smile, they DUMP a huge pile of ten and twenty cents and gleefully told me to count it. ARGHHHHHHH

you know if you happen to see me at the moment in time, i bet you'll definitely see the steam coming out of my ears becuase i'm forcing myself to keep smiling and i would have looked like a choo-choo train that is gonna explode any minute.

poor huiwen kena complained by some silly stupid brainless idiotic bimbo bitchy reatrded shit-ass guy who sent an email telling my jap boss that she served him burnt octopus balls and requested for the cooks to be punished but unfortunately somehow the jap boss got the notation that the customer wants huiwen to be punished instead. THIS IS DAMN UNFAIR! i mean, its not her fault right? did she cook it at all? NO. this time i really want to bash both the customer and my boss for overlooking this fact. they better get it straight or else i'll personally enlighten them. HUMPH. they dare to bully my friend i'll show them what i can do!

seriously there is a limit to how far customers can go. you want good customer service? yes i can give you that. but you have to play a part too. i mean, i do agree there are different kinds of customers and customers are always right yadah yadah. but please give some respect to the person serving you as he/she is also HUMAN like you. we have two eyes, one nose and one mouth. we are not there for you to order around like a dog and heck! even dogs should be treated well too! there is a limit to how much a person can tolerate. the very least you could do is add a please or even just give a smile. it makes a huge difference you know. and it makes THE WORLD A BETTER PLACE

my manager was trying to make me laugh after the incident by saying something about singapore laws that once you hit someone you'll be jailed no matter whose fault it is. it is your fault plainly because you attacked the person first. O.o a test of tolerance again. but revenge will be sweet if you endure just enough for the person to hit you and he/she will be jailed. but then, don't get killed. =/ okay joking!! XD

anyway moving on to happier topics, i shared some money with fellow workers to buy this friday's 10pm toto draw!!! seems to have a huge amount of money sitting there waiting for us to get it. its the newest singapore craze!!!

dad told me its one in 8 million chances i'll win. oh well

who knows? XD


ooohhh and maple have this new wedding system that really makes me go bonkers. -.- you'll never imagine the amount of people getting married or the amount of people finding wives to marry. -.-"' oh well, its always amusing to see them proposing. wahahahha
