it hit me suddenly that i have an econs test on thurs. essay! mcqs! whoop. role of govt. hmm... to have world peace? HA.

next yr band people are going SPAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! oh my gosh. i wanna go........... spain! there are soooo many things for me to look out for! maybe i'll pick up spanish. sigh. anyway my batch of band-ies can't go, so... next time i guess!

Thailand trip end of this yr!!!!!! found out its ard nov 27 to dec 5 or sth. having competitions from 28 till 30 and the rest are for shopping!!! 2 hrs plane trip but better than nothing! =D

band concert tickets are priced at $15 at Victoria Concert Hall on june 16!!! anyone wants tickets????


updates!!

the stayover at huiwen's house is rather uneventful, apart from several amusing incidents, but its still fun nevertheless. =D had band prac on sat and as usual, tried to learn 4 songs in few hours while getting the tempo correct. oh, there's YMCA song too! heh... come to our band concert!!

oh, that night when we (huiwen, her elder sis, me) are about to sleep, her sis suddenly took out a face whitening mask and placed it on her face, making her look like a distorted ghost. hahahaha. had quite a scare when she appeared infront of me. was laughing like mad after that though. =P

got my usual treatment of being smacked in the face by pillows and soft toys in the middle of the night cos i slept on a mattress and refused to be stuck in between them on the bed. guess most of it were unintentional. (the sisters have a tendency to throw things in their dreams)

can't remember much stuff now. my brain's totally fuzzed out. monday was interesting though. =)

there was that farting incident which i shall not dwell on. you can ask sok yih, siew, anh, chrys, yanling, su yun, or tzu qun for more details. sonia!!! u wanna know?? =P remember the incident during chem tutorial? its related!!!!

went to gym with siew after my econs extra lesson (found out ms yue loves to climb mountains, like my dear daddy!!!) and siew ran 2.4km!!!! yayyy!!! she's a good supporter too! i was doing my assisted pull-ups and siew was there chanting, "2 more! you can do it! just two more!" then after that, "i bet you can do two more! see? u did two!" so i finally did quite a lot of pull-ups and now my arms are aching. happy happy! =D i wanna pass napfa!!!

went to do some sprinting on the treadmill too. after that we went to bball court to shoot balls and hey, i'm quite pro okay. =P bball is nice. ^^ throughout the whole thing, tennis people are training at the courts beside and siew kept shooting the ball there and a had to run all the way to the fence which separates both courts and pick it up!!!! so many times!!!!! argh. anyway, now i know who's the siew's boat! =D chuan.

guess that's about all for today.

about the honor killing thing, i came to understand that its a culture and takes lots and lots of effort to change the mindset of the people. i mean, you can't just stop sharks from eating humans just like that right? yah, same meaning. hee. but i still hate those people!!!! is there anything more important than pride????? like, love for your family? freedom????!!!!!!
